Tonight's Grand Final of the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest took place in Expo Tel Aviv, and what a final it was with an edge-of-the-seat final battle for the win between Sweden and The Netherlands.

A total of twenty-six countries took part in the Grand Final which sadly saw the United Kingdom once again at the bottom of the scoreboard. The 64th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest was eventually won by bookies favourite Duncan Laurence of the The Netherlands, their first victory in 44 years, having last won in 1975. His winning song 'Arcade' scored a massive 492 points from the combined Jury and Televote results. The best result since The Common Linnets represented the nation in Copenhagen and came 2nd behind Conchita Wurst's Autrian entry 'Rise Like A Phoenix'. Everyone at Manchester Eurovision congratulates all those that took part and Duncan Laurence on his successful victory. We'll see you somewhere in The Netherlands in 2020.
